Suffocation
Suffocation
In 2012 SUFFOCATION will chosen to be inducted into the Long Island Hall of Fame. They will be celebrated alongside such Long Island Music Legends like Billy Joel, Joan Jett, Twisted Sister and more. This is a huge accomplishment for SUFFOCATION as well as the genre they helped formed.

SUFFOCATION are currently in the finishing stages of their upcoming new album entitled Pinnacle of Bedlam. The record was produced by the band and tracked at Full Force Studios in New York by longtime collaborator Joe Cincotta. The mixing and mastering of the album is set to be handled this time around by world renowned producer/engineer Zeuss (HATEBREED, ARSIS, SUICIDE SILENCE). Pinnacle of Bedlam will feature 10 genre-defining-bone-crushing tracks and also marks the return of drummer Dave Culross, who played with the band previously on their Despise The Sun EP.

The new release is slated for February 2013 on Nuclear Blast Records. Visit www.facebook.com/suffocation for more information and all the latest news on the release. All hail the reigning kings of brutality!
Exhumed
Exhumed
San Francisco's Exhumed plays gore-obsessed death metal with a tongue-in-cheek flair and an overall musical approach that are often reminiscent of Carcass, a band whom they have frequently acknowledged as a primary influence. They have endured constant lineup changes to become, if not a highly original act, at least one of the better representatives of their doomed-to-obscurity subgenre. The band formed in 1991 with a lineup consisting of Matt Harvey (guitar, vocals), Col Jones (drums), Derrel Houdashelt (guitar), Jake Giardina (vocals), and Ben Marrs (bass). They made their first recordings under this formation, including the Excreting Innards 7" for Afterworld Records. Giardina and Marrs left the band within the next few years, with Matt Widener (bass) and Ross Sewage (vocals) brought in as replacements. After recording the Horrific Expulsion of Gore demo (1994), Widener left and Sewage took over bass duties. This lineup eventually recorded a split CD with the Ohio band Hemdale, In the Name of Gore, which came out on Visceral Productions in 1995 and featured an absolutely revolting album cover. Soon after, Houldashelt left and was eventually replaced by Mike Beams. With this lineup intact, they signed to Relapse Records and finally released their first official full-length, Gore Metal, in 1998, with guitarist James Murphy (Death, Obituary) at the production helm. Sewage left the band shortly after this record, leaving the trio of Harvey, Beams, and Jones to record the follow-up, Slaughtercult. The album was released on Relapse in 2000 and was enthusiastically received among the death metal scene
Jungle Rot
Jungle Rot
JUNGLE ROT IS: Dave Matrise (Vocals/Guitar)
Jerry Sturino (Bass)
Eric House (Drums)
Joey Lohr (Guitar)
Having a style more similar to acts such as Slayer and Sodom, rather than the typical
Cannibal Corpse and Suffocation rip-offs that the underground extreme music scene
is so used to seeung, JUNGLE ROT have garnered a large and loyal following within
the last 9 years. The sound and attitude that JUNGLE ROT have exposed the public
to, is one of efficiency and execution. JUNGLE ROT have never tried to be the goriest
or most technical band in the extreme underground, but instead have focused on flowing
groves and infectious catchy songwriting.

In 1995, JUNGLE ROT released their first full-length demo "Skin the Living"
News of the demo's success and reviews describing JUNGLE ROTS' live performances
as explosive, led to a recording deal with Pulverized Records. in 1998, JUNGLE ROT
released their first full-length album "Slaughter the Weak". After enjoying more promising
sales from the record JUNGLE ROT was led down when Pulverized Records closed
its doors. At this time independent lable Pavement Records offered to re-release
"Slaughter the Weak" for the band.

Proving that they were one of the hardest working bands in the underground scene,
JUNGLE ROT survived numerous lineup changes, kept playing shows and wrote new
material. Some of this material was recorded for the EP "Darkness Foretold" released by
cult magazine/lable SOD. After accepting an offer made to them from Olympic Recordings,
they recorded "Dead and Buried" released in 2001

In 2004 comes the release of JUNGLE ROTS 4th album"Fueled by Hate" on Century Media records.
Probably the strongest effort yet this album should be no dissapointment to anyone. Staying with
the formula of memorable songs and catchy groves while still having the heaviness to live up to
exceed the current requirements for extreme music, JUNGLE ROT will continue its legacy of
uncompromising straightforward aggression
Rings of Saturn
Rings of Saturn
RINGS OF SATURN is an internationally touring band based out of California where their founding member, Lucas Mann, resides. The band self-released their first full-length album entitled Embryonic Anomaly in late 2009. Four months later Unique Leader Records signed the band and Embryonic Anomaly was re-released internationally under the label on May 28th, 2010. Since then, Rings of Saturn has been hard at work touring nationwide throughout the United States and Canada promoting Embryonic Anomaly as well as their second upcoming album release entitled Dingir (din-jeer) which will be hitting stores Feb. 5th, 2013 on Unique Leader Records.
ADIMIRON
ADIMIRON
ADIMIRON is one of the most promising European Metal sensations, having already released three albums (BURNING SOULS, 2004 / WHEN REALITY WAKES UP, 2009 / K2, 2011) which were very well received by fans and critics alike and having shared the stage all over Europe with legendary bands such as Annihilator, Death Angel, Meshuggah, Sepultura, Suffocation, Obituary and many more.
The band's third album ‘K2’ is an intriguing metaphysical concept about a man going through a deep search of his inner self, mixing furious Thrash riffs and Progressive/Avantgarde atmospheres with a post-Death Metal touch. Recorded in Italy and mixed and mastered in Sweden by Jens Bogren (Opeth, Amon Amarth) at Fascination Street, ‘K2’ features a very special guest appearance by Annihilator frontman Dave Padden.
Troglodyte
Troglodyte
Formed in 2006, TROGLODYTE draws musical influences from the likes of CARCASS, OBITUARY and ORIGIN also finding inspiration from 70's drive-in horror fare such as THE LEGEND OF BOGGY CREEK, THE PIT and NIGHT OF THE DEMON. The band has craved/slashed out it's own niche as the world's first (and only) Bigfoot death-metal band.
