Trevor Hall
February 25, 2015 –Singer-songwriter Trevor Hall has announced the release of a new EP Unpack Your Memories, due out onVanguard Records on March 27th. This five song collection includes some of Hall's most personal tracks recorded solely by him, on his laptop. Hall talks about the history of these songs and why he chose to share them with the world at this time."Unpack Your Memoriesis a collectionof songs that have been in my "vault"for a long time now,"Hall says. "Some just didn't make the other albums and some were just too intimate to share at the time. Now they are ready to breathe and be shared with others. The name of the album says everything ... These are all songs that have become memories for me.I am reaching into my bag and unpacking them -unpacking their meaning, the memory of where I was when I wrote them, and the feelings that they brought me so many years ago. As the saying goes, 'You never meet the same river twice.'Every time I hear these songs, they teach me something new or offer methe gift of a new perspective. There are many other songs that are still in my vault, but I felt these were the most important to share at this time. The songs all came up together like the roots of a tree, and have taken form in the EP
Tubby Love
Tubby Love
Born in the concrete jungles of babylon USA, Tubby Love's life experience is woven into a unique blend of roots rock reggae. His music is a passionate testimony of unity and the challenges of separation, bridging the gap between artist and audience. With honest engaging lyrics and an energizing presence, Tubby Love has cross-genre appeal and represents a soulful expression of truths both personal and universal.

Sharing the stage with musical inspirations like John Brown's Body, Nahko and Medicine for the People, and The Wailers in recent past, and collaborating with artists such as Cas Haley, Dustin Thomas, and Paul Izak as well as releasing a full collaboration album (Love is Alive) featuring bands like Passafire, Dopapod, and Giant Panda Guerrilla Dub Squad, Tubby Love embraces the intersection of modern day music while refining his own voice as a solo performer. Looking forward to deepening and expanding his roots in 2014, Tubby Love will be touring Costa Rica, Indonesia, Australia, Hawaii and the mainland United States in the months to come, with plans for new releases and continued community activism.
Joel Castillo (77 Jefferson)
Joel Castillo (77 Jefferson)
I am Joel Castillo... I am the lead singer / songwriter for Kansas City based reggae band, 77 Jefferson. I got my first guitar in 1994, (for my 9th birthday) and have been playing music as far back as I can remember. Through 77 Jefferson I have been able to spread my music across the world, have had the privilege of playing along side some of my favorite bands, have been able to play all across the states as well as Hawai'i, and as of this summer, Canada. If you are reading this, please understand that I AM NOT GOING SOLO, just working on a solo project. For years I have thought it would be great to release an album where it's 100% me, both musically and instumentally. I am working on the album with my brother, Ryan "Youthman" Castillo and we are hoping for releasing this project by May 0f 2013. THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
